Martyn graduated in Medicine from Sheffield University in 1993 and gained experience in specialties relevant to musculoskeletal medicine such as orthopaedics, A&E, rheumatology, spinal injuries and general practice. He went on to complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine (University of Nottingham) in 1997 and the following year enrolled at the London College of Osteopathic Medicine where he gained manual therapy skills through study and some 900 hours of clinical practice. On completion, he was awarded membership of the college and became eligible for dual registration with the General Osteopathic Council and so he is also a registered osteopath. In 2001, he completed the Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine, and later also became a Founding Fellow of Sport and Exercise Medicine (Edinburgh). He is a member of a number of organisations including (but not limited to)the British Association of Sports Medicine (BASEM) and the International Spine Intervention Society.
In addition to his clinical work, Martyn was previously involved in the education and training of other doctors having been a tutor for The British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine and an examiner for the Diploma of Musculoskeletal Medicine.
Martyn sees a range of patients with musculoskeletal problems and injuries, in both the general population and the sporting fraternity (at both amateur and professional level).
Professional sports clients include a number of UK football clubs (including Premier League teams), Rugby Union and League Clubs and a number of elite individual olympic and other world class athletes.

Rahul graduated in Medicine from the University of Nottingham in 2007, following which he moved to West Yorkshire for his junior doctor years. Rotations in rheumatology and A&E shaped his early interest in musculoskeletal medicine. After completing his GP training in 2012 he developed a career combining General Practice with jobs in elite sport. In 2016 he completed a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine at The University of Bath. Previous jobs in sport and musculoskeletal medicine include:
Since 2018 he has been working as a GP and Musculoskeletal Clinical Lead for One Medical Group in the NHS in Leeds. He also continues his involvement in elite sport as a match day doctor for Leeds Rhinos. He has been a member of the British Association of Sports Medicine (BASEM) since 2017.
With a keen interest in Progressive Medicine and root causes of chronic problems, Rahul will develop sustainable management plans to address the multiple systems that interact with musculoskeletal presentations.
